Mrs. Kavitha R is a dedicated Kannada educator with over 10 years of teaching experience. She holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Kannada from Hampi University, a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from Bangalore University, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Gulbarga University.

She specializes in Kannada language and literature and has extensive experience teaching Kannada to Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) students. She is committed to fostering academic excellence and developing effective language and communication skills among her students.

In addition to her teaching career, she has worked with a radio station, gaining valuable experience in communication and language presentation. She has actively participated in academic seminars and workshops and has authored Kannada books for beginners, reflecting her dedication to promoting Kannada language education.

Mrs. Kavitha R has been awarded a Certificate of Recognition in ‘Vachana Kammata’ (literature workshop) Essay Writing, highlighting her literary talent and commitment to Kannada language and culture.

Ritesh Raj is a dedicated and passionate Assistant Professor of Hindi with a strong academic background, a background in editorial leadership, and a deep commitment to student mentorship. He holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Hindi Literature from the University of Mumbai and has achieved the notable distinction of qualifying the prestigious Hindi UGC-NET examination three times.

In addition to his academic credentials, he holds an International Certified Career Coach (Level 1) certification from Mindler in collaboration with the Career Development Alliance. This unique expertise enables him to integrate formal literary education with structured career guidance, academic planning, and holistic student development.

Prior to his academic career, he served as the Co-editor for the reputed Halkara Fortnightly Hindi Newspaper in Mumbai (2019–2023), bringing rich, real-world editorial and publishing insights directly into the classroom. Recognized for his scholarly engagement, he was awarded the Best Reader Award (2019) at K.E.S. Shroff College, Mumbai.

Mallika K.R is a dedicated and passionate English Lecturer with 10 years of teaching experience and a strong academic background. She holds an M.A. and B.Ed. from Mangalore University. She is a 9th Rank Holder in B.Ed. at Mangalore University and has qualified both KTET and CTET. She has actively participated in conferences and English workshops organized by Mangalore University and CISCE Board. 

She has been honored with the “Academic Excellence Award” from esteemed Yenapoya University for her contribution to education. A passionate writer and poet, she has published poems and articles in newspapers and magazines, and has recited poems at Kannada Sahitya Sammelana in regional levels 

Her student-centered approach has consistently produced high marks in languages in both PU State Board and CBSE examinations. Her expertise includes academic planning, curriculum implementation, creative writing, and communication skill development that enhances students’ language proficiency and confidence.

Precilla Rose Mary A is a highly committed and accomplished Business Studies Lecturer with over 9 years of teaching experience, recognized for her passion for education and dedication to academic excellence. She holds an M.Com. from Bangalore North University and a B.Com. and B.Ed. from Bangalore University, providing her with a strong academic foundation and effective pedagogical expertise.

Throughout her teaching career, she has consistently produced excellent results in the Karnataka State Board examinations, with numerous students securing distinctions and outstanding academic performance. Her ability to simplify complex business concepts, relate theoretical knowledge to practical applications, and foster conceptual clarity has earned her the appreciation of both students and parents.

A qualified professional with an M.Com and currently pursuing C.A. Finals, brings 4 years of dedicated experience as a Lecturer in Statistics. Notably, having qualified the UGC-NET for Assistant Professor in Commerce, this educator demonstrates advanced academic rigor and subject-matter expertise. Their teaching excellence is underscored by a track record of producing centum scorers in the PU Board examinations, as well as guiding students in research work, including the presentation of theses on management and finance projects. Beyond classroom instruction, they have contributed significantly to institutional development by designing the autonomous syllabus for an MBA program and coordinating vibrant intra-college cultural fests.

Raghava Buvan K is a dedicated educator with an M.Tech in Biotechnology from RV College of Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from MVJ College of Engineering. With three years of coaching experience and currently serving in the first year as a college Chemistry lecturer, he is passionate about making complex concepts easy to understand and inspiring students to achieve their academic goals. He is a gold medallist in Bachelors and posses various merit certificates. He actively participated in extracurricular activities and possess various certifications pertaining to concerned subjects and is committed to mentoring, guiding, and supporting the holistic development of students.

Lahari C is a dedicated and enthusiastic Computer Science Lecturer with one year of teaching experience and a strong academic background. She holds an M.Sc. in Computer Science and a B.Sc. from Bengaluru North University. She is passionate about making technical concepts simple, engaging, and practical for students.

She has experience teaching undergraduate and pre-university students, focusing on building a strong foundation in Computer Science through concept-based learning and interactive classroom sessions. Her areas of interest include Python Programming, Database Management Systems, Computer Networks, Cyber Security and Emerging Technologies.

Sakchica Sahu is a passionate and accomplished Mathematics educator with a strong academic background and three years of experience in mentoring JEE aspirants. She completed her M.Tech. from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi after securing All India Rank (AIR) 65 in the GATE 2021 examination, reflecting her exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Her teaching methodology focuses on developing strong fundamentals, analytical thinking, and examination strategies, enabling students to approach competitive examinations with clarity and confidence. Saranya J is a passionate and dedicated Physics educator with 5 years of teaching experience, specializing in conceptual learning, examination preparation, and student mentoring.

With a strong academic background in Electronics & Communication Engineering and Laser Optics, she brings depth, clarity, and a practical approach to Physics teaching.

She has experience in providing JEE and NEET Foundation training, helping students develop strong fundamentals in Physics from an early stage and preparing them to confidently approach competitive examinations

Latha V is a dedicated and passionate Chemistry educator with 10 years of teaching experience in handling Karnataka PU State Board, CBSE Board, JEE, NEET and K-CET classes. She has consistently guided students towards academic excellence through concept-based teaching and effective exam-oriented preparation.

Her result-oriented teaching methodology has enabled students to achieve excellent scores in Karnataka PU State Board,CBSE Board  examinations, while her focused mentoring has helped many students excel in JEE, NEET and K-CET and other competitive examinations.

She has extensive experience in coaching students for JEE, NEET and K-CET, helping students build strong conceptual understanding and achieve outstanding results. In addition to her teaching responsibilities, she has served as a supportive coordinator for various cultural activities, encouraging students to develop their talents beyond academics.

Harish is a dedicated and passionate Mathematics Lecturer with 11 years of teaching experience and a strong academic background. He holds an M.Sc. in Mathematics from JSS University, Mysuru, a B.Sc. from the University of Mysore, and a B.Ed. from Tumkur University. He has extensive experience in coaching KCET and JEE aspirants. His consistent track record of producing outstanding KCET and JEE results reflects his expertise in mentoring students, strengthening conceptual understanding, and preparing them to excel in competitive examinations. He has consistently guided students to achieve excellent results in PU State Board and CBSE examinations, with many securing distinction and outstanding academic performance. His expertise includes academic planning, curriculum implementation, and concept-based teaching that enhances students’ analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Vinod Kumar S is a highly qualified Lecturer in Physics with over 10 years of professional teaching experience. He holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Physics and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), which reflects his deep subject knowledge and trained pedagogical skills. His core teaching focuses on delivering fundamental physics concepts at both Pre-University and competitive exam levels.

Beyond classroom teaching, he serves as the Examination Department In-Charge, overseeing exam scheduling, administration, and evaluation metrics. He also works as a Student Counselor, guiding students through academic challenges and career decisions, and as a Competitive Exam Trainer with specialized expertise in preparing students for CET and JEE.

One of his notable achievements includes training students who secured Centum Records with 100/100 in PU Board Exams. He remains committed to continuous professional development by actively participating in academic conferences and specialized physics workshops.

Shruti H. M. is a dedicated and passionate Biology educator with 8 years of teaching experience in NEET, CET, Olympiad, and Foundation programs*. She holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Biotechnology and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), combining strong subject expertise with effective teaching methodologies.

Throughout her teaching career, she has consistently guided students toward academic excellence, helping them achieve commendable results in competitive examinations through concept-based learning and student-centered instruction. 

She has actively contributed to the academic and research community by participating in five national-level seminars and presenting research papers. Her scholarly work has also been published in a science journal on the topic “Recent Trends and Advances in Biotechnology.”
