Mrs. Kavitha R is a dedicated Kannada educator with over 10 years of teaching experience. She holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Kannada from Hampi University, a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from Bangalore University, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Gulbarga University.

She specializes in Kannada language and literature and has extensive experience teaching Kannada to Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) students. She is committed to fostering academic excellence and developing effective language and communication skills among her students.

In addition to her teaching career, she has worked with a radio station, gaining valuable experience in communication and language presentation. She has actively participated in academic seminars and workshops and has authored Kannada books for beginners, reflecting her dedication to promoting Kannada language education.

Mrs. Kavitha R has been awarded a Certificate of Recognition in ‘Vachana Kammata’ (literature workshop) Essay Writing, highlighting her literary talent and commitment to Kannada language and culture.

Ritesh Raj is a dedicated and passionate Assistant Professor of Hindi with a strong academic background, a background in editorial leadership, and a deep commitment to student mentorship. He holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Hindi Literature from the University of Mumbai and has achieved the notable distinction of qualifying the prestigious Hindi UGC-NET examination three times.

In addition to his academic credentials, he holds an International Certified Career Coach (Level 1) certification from Mindler in collaboration with the Career Development Alliance. This unique expertise enables him to integrate formal literary education with structured career guidance, academic planning, and holistic student development.

Prior to his academic career, he served as the Co-editor for the reputed Halkara Fortnightly Hindi Newspaper in Mumbai (2019–2023), bringing rich, real-world editorial and publishing insights directly into the classroom. Recognized for his scholarly engagement, he was awarded the Best Reader Award (2019) at K.E.S. Shroff College, Mumbai.

A passionate literary voice who writes poetry and prose under the pen name ‘Banjara’, he actively promotes literary sensitivity, critical thinking, and cultural awareness among students. With a student-centered and result-oriented approach, he blends deep literary analysis with interactive mentorship, consistently inspiring learners to achieve academic excellence and mature into articulate, lifelong thinkers.

Mallika K.R is a dedicated and passionate English Lecturer with 10 years of teaching experience and a strong academic background. She holds an M.A. and B.Ed. from Mangalore University. She is a 9th Rank Holder in B.Ed. at Mangalore University and has qualified both KTET and CTET. She has actively participated in conferences and English workshops organized by Mangalore University and CISCE Board. 

She has been honored with the “Academic Excellence Award” from esteemed Yenapoya University for her contribution to education. A passionate writer and poet, she has published poems and articles in newspapers and magazines, and has recited poems at Kannada Sahitya Sammelana in regional levels 

Her student-centered approach has consistently produced high marks in languages in both PU State Board and CBSE examinations. Her expertise includes academic planning, curriculum implementation, creative writing, and communication skill development that enhances students’ language proficiency and confidence. 

As the Cultural Committee Coordinator, she actively mentors students in academics as well as co-curricular activities, nurturing confident, expressive, and lifelong learners through quality education and continuous guidance.

Raghava Buvan K is a dedicated educator with an M.Tech in Biotechnology from RV College of Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from MVJ College of Engineering. Sakchica Sahu is a passionate and accomplished Mathematics educator with a strong academic background and three years of experience in mentoring JEE aspirants. She completed her M.Tech. from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi after securing All India Rank (AIR) 65 in the GATE 2021 examination, reflecting her exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
