The students of MVJ PU College, Bangalore, embarked on an exciting excursion to Coorg and Mysore on 28th and 29th of November. The trip was a perfect blend of nature, culture, and fun, and provided an excellent opportunity for students to explore new destinations and create lasting memories.
Day 1: Coorg
The journey began on 28th November, when students, accompanied by faculty members, set out for Coorg. The first stop was Golden Temple, a serene Tibetan camp that left everyone spellbound with its tranquil atmosphere and stunning architecture. This was followed by a visit to the Abbey Falls, a breathtaking waterfall that cascaded down the rocks, creating a misty veil that refreshed and rejuvenated all. The next stop was the Dubare Elephant Camp, where students got an opportunity to interact with elephants and learn about conservation efforts.
After a fun-filled day, the group headed to Mysore, where they enjoyed the evening at the fire camp at resort.
Day 2: Mysore
The next day, students visited the Venugopal Swamy Temple, located at KRS backwater, an ancient temple dedicated to Lord Krishna. The temple’s serene atmosphere and beautiful architecture made it a memorable visit.
The highlight of the trip was the visit to GRS Amusement Park & snow park where students enjoyed a day of thrilling rides, games, and entertainment. The park was a perfect place to unwind and have fun with friends and faculty members.
The trip concluded with the group heading back to Bangalore, laden with memories and experiences that will be cherished for a lifetime. The excursion was a resounding success.
