MVJ Pre University College Bangalore, celebrated MVJ Annual day “Sambhrama 24 -25” on 24th December 2024 at MV Jayaraman Auditorium.
The Annual day was presided by the Chief Guest Dr Murali, Principal of MVJ Degree College and the Principal of MVJ PUC, Mr Balakrishna Aliveli. The program started at 11.00 am with invocation to the Lord Vishnu by the MVJ Choir team. The Chief Guest and Principal lit the lamp to pay tribute to the Goddess Saraswati.Shreya Suresh of first Commerce welcomed the gathering on behalf of the college. Yukta Singh of class 2nd PUC Science introduced the Chief Guest.
The Annual report of the college is a crowning glory of annual day event. The progressive annual report of the academic session 2024-25 was presented by the principal, by paying tribute to the Founder Chairman Dr. M.V Jayaraman.The Chief Guest Dr Murali addressed the gathering. His presence added prestige to the event, and his encouraging words inspired both students and faculty members alike.Followed by the Prize distribution ceremony to the students who excelled in Academics, Quizzing, and extra Curricular activities.
Deeksha of 1st PUC Commerce, Tejaswini and Blessin of class 1st PUC Science, , and announced the names of the students who excelled in academics, quizzing and extra curricular activities.
The formal event ended with a vote of thanks. Swayam Shree of 1st PUC Science proposed the vote of thanks. Lahari of 2nd PUC science and Bhavesh Ajay of 2nd PUC commerce hosted the formal event.The cultural event was set rolling by evoking the blessing of lord Vishnu through Welcome Dance by Nikita of class 1st PUC Science. The evening progressed witnessing the mesmerizing theme-based dances such as Garbha, Ghoomar, Kathak, Bhangra, semi classical dances and fusion which captivated the audience. The props and costumes added colour to the festive occasion with the synchronized dance movement to the foot-tapping music.The mime show based on the theme called ‘save girl child’ and ‘tribute to our unsung warriors’, an astounding visual treat enthralled every spectator.
This was followed by the Prize distribution ceremony to the students who excelled in Sports and Games. Pragati of class 1st PUC Commerce, Nikita and Samadvitha of class 1st PUC Science were the emcees for the Prize Distribution Ceremony.The cultural Event ended with the national anthem. Nakshatra of 1st PUC Commerce, Athul Rajesh and Mangala of Second PUC Commerce hosted the informal event.The exhilarating Annual Day ‘Sambhrama -24’ was an unforgettable experience and left a lasting impression on the minds of everyone present.
